IRS Offer In Compromise Guarantee

Now for the important part.
I can't find a single one of my competitors out there who offers any kind of
guarantee that covers IRS Offer in Compromise services.
I have spent hours reviewing my competitors' websites and I have never found any
kind of guarantee.
Does this mean that they are not confident of themselves and their services?
Probably not, but I don't personally know them, so I'm not sure about this.
I think it just means that they, like most people and businesses (and the IRS,
too, for that matter), don't like to give money back to anyone after they get it
in their own bank accounts.
So why am I willing to guarantee my work?
Because:
- I believe in my ability to get the job done
- I think it's a good business practice
- I know it attracts interested website visitors
- I also know it attracts clients
- It gives you more confidence in me and my work
- It definitely sets me apart from my competitors
So here's my guarantee:
- I will prepare your Offer in Compromise using the information you
provide me in my Downloadable Offer In Compromise Package.
- Your Offer in Compromise (OIC) will then be sent to you for your review
and signature(s) and dates.
- Your OIC will include a short list of instructions for you to follow.
These instructions will tell you where to sign and date the forms and where
to mail them.
- The instructions will also tell you that you should write a $150 check
made out to US Treasury. This check will cover your application fee.
- If you are required to do anything else, the instructions will tell you
what to do.
- The final instruction will give you an address to which you should mail
your Offer in Compromise.
- Mail your Offer to IRS.
- Your Offer in Compromise is then guaranteed to be acceptable for
processing by IRS.
- Usually within thirty days, both you and I will receive notification
from IRS that your Offer has been received and meets their requirements and
has been deemed "Acceptable for Processing."
- If for any reason your Offer is returned to you as "Not Acceptable for
Processing", my office and staff will either refund all payments you have
made to us or we will correct your Offer and resubmit it to IRS until it has
been deemed "Acceptable for Processing."
Some of you may not think this is much of a guarantee, but please remember that
over 50% of all Offers are returned because they are "Not Acceptable
for Processing."
Circumventing this problem will keep IRS from sending out any wage or bank levy
notices that will be very easy for them to send out because your OIC forms will
reveal your employer(s) and your bank(s). So if IRS returns your Offer to you,
how long do you think it will be before they levy your wages or your bank? Not
very long.
