Let me start out by saying “THANK YOU”!!!! I’d scream it from the roof tops if I thought it would help some of the suffering people that are considering using your services. Because let’s face it, no one’s looking at your web site unless they’re in serious trouble. I would be willing to tell anyone that’s looking for help with a wage levy, that they’ve found the right place. Sorry, “person”. Because that’s what I found when I decided to use you. You’re a person. Not a firm masked with sales help on a 1-800 number. I called them all, and was only able to talk to someone “other” than the firms name. We all know them, the JK Harris’s, the Roni Deutch’s. When I asked to talk to Mr. Harris, the salesman told me that I didn’t need to talk to him and that the salesman could handle anything I needed. Yea, right. The commission hungry salesman himself probably never gets to talk to Mr. Harris. I’m also willing to bet that Mr. Harris doesn’t personally talk to anyone from the IRS for you either. I was able to see right away that Jeff Parrack himself, will be working on my case. Straight and simple, Jeff personally negotiated my Release with the IRS, in my behalf. No bull, no commission greedy salesman, no nonsense. During my intense search for help, I also noticed there was no sense of urgency from the “Firms”. There was great urgency to sign a contract and start collecting fees, but no urgency in releasing the Levy. When I asked how long it would take to release the Levy, none of them would give me a straight answer. 2 to 5 weeks was the best guess I could get. Most told me it would take months and no guarantees. Jeff was the only one that guaranteed a release, and in days, not weeks or months. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t keep up to him. He’s blazing fast with Faxes and Emails. Jeff had to file 5 back tax returns before anything else could be done. Peanuts. I faxed my release package with the POA to Jeff on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning, he emailed me that he had already contacted the IRS, and he had the returns ready for my signature. Actually, the returns had lowered my debt significantly because I overpaid during those years. Late on Saturday, I Emailed Jeff explaining that I was getting nervous about using someone over the internet and that there’s internet sharks out there that prey on desperate people. Jeff responded that very evening, explaining that he understood my concerns and gave me his home phone if I’d like to talk. Wow, I’m SURE Mr. Harris or Mr. Deutch would have done that too. The next surprise was on Monday morning. Jeff emailed me that he had my release ready to go. What? Get out. No way. Already? I haven’t even eaten lunch yet. I called the payroll person at my company to make sure. Sure enough, she had already spoken to Jeff. What? Spoken to Jeff? You mean to tell me that Jeff “himself” spoke to my payroll department? Not only did he talk to her, he was able to save my biweekly paycheck that she was working on. As a matter of fact, I never lost any checks. Yea, I’m SURE Mr. Harris or Mr. Deutch would have been glad to make that call for me.

I know it sounds like I’m picking on the bigger outfits that offer this kind of service. And I’m sure that they aren’t “thieves” or anything like that. But I know deep in my heart that I made the right choice. No one out there would have given me the personal attention that Jeff did, at the speed that Jeff did, or for the cost that Jeff did it for. If I talk dollars and cents, it’s simple; the very best price I could get from the “firms” was $3500.00. No guarantees, no personal touch, no speed. Bottom line is, Jeff got all my past info from the IRS, filed 5 past tax returns, and released my Levy in 2 days flat. All for $1985.00. Jeff saved me over $1500.00 in fees, over $8000.00 in back IRS debt, and I never missed a paycheck. Enough said.

I guess the best part of all this is, I don’t have to play “hide and seek” with the IRS anymore. This is a huge burden off my chest, I’ve been worried for years, and I’ve always known that it would catch up to me sooner or later. Thanks again Jeff for everything you’ve done for me and my family. I’ll never forget it.
